Leadership Training - 1/29/23

The boys had a great meeting! They had a refresher on the Patrol Method... how it is structured and why it is key to a successful scout troop.

There was practical application using two techniques: 1) Blind Navigation and 2) The "Helium" stick. Success in both activities require strong leadership and the ability to be a good follower. Great job boys!
