Great Experiences Camping at Lake Diaz - President's Day Weekend

The troop 218 scouts had an amazing experience camping at Lake Diaz -- just south of Lone Pine, near the Whitney Portal.


The boys...

  • Worked on basic outdoor skills (including cooking)

  • They had gun safety and shooting lessons in the open desert

  • Spent meaningful time at Manzanar, learning about realities in some of our US history


We are proud of our boys and glad they have great opportunities, like this past weekend, by being part of troop 218!
