Red Rock Canyon Camping was a Blast - 2/4/22 - 2/6/22

The boys had a great adventure this past weekend camping in Red Rock Canyon. They experienced:

  • Independence by managing their own camp and running two separate kitchens -- with great menus and food preparation!

  • Explored two separate abandoned mines

  • Some fun 4W off-roading

  • And, great camaraderie

So much fun watching these boys turn into young, principled men!

Everytime these Scouts go on outings together, you can see the growth, the teamwork and the memories being made.

What a great trip and and even better experience for the Scouts. Watching them develop an appreciation for the outdoors and working together to get everything done around camp and on the hikes is priceless. Looking forward to the next adventure.

What an amazing adventure! Who knew that all these amazing things were so close to Los Angeles? Abandon mines, tunnels, ancient rock formations, just minutes away from Torrance, CA. Troop 218 scouts never stop exploring!
