Working on some key physical fitness requirements... our scouts ran a timed mile, did stretching exercises, and showed off their pushup and sit-up abilities. In typical Troop 218 style, we had a sprinting competition and the winner received a gift card to Chick-fil-A! Rounding out our meeting, there was quality Patrol time focused on advancement.

Nice job boys. Keeping physically fit is not only important for troop activities but also a good foundation for living a long, healthy life.
